This patient wanted to lift her upper red lip without the use of fillers. Dr. Gerecci recommended a subnasal lip lift. The procedure was performed using a small incision hidden in the creases under the nose. The surgery was done in the office under local anesthesia. The patient is pictured here 1 month after surgery. Note the improved lip size, shape, and proportion. Minimal scarring is evident at 1 month, but will continue to fade and heal over the course of 1 year.
