This patient was always bothered by her small chin. Dr. Gerecci recommended an implant to help augment the chin. A medium sized chin implant was placed using an incision inside the mouth. The procedure was performed in the OR under general anesthesia due to the patient's preference to be totally asleep for surgery. The patient is pictured here 3 months after surgery. Note the improved chin projection and balance to the profile after surgery.
