This patient wanted to improve the contour of her neck and jawline. She was bothered by the excess skin and fat under her chin. Dr. Gerecci recommended a deep plane face and necklift. The procedure was performed using incisions around the ears and under the chin. The surgery was done in the operating room under general anesthesia.
