This patient wanted to improve the contour of her neck and jawline. She was also bothered by her chin and desired augmentation to balance her profile. Dr. Gerecci recommended a deep neck submentoplasty, liposuction, and a chin implant. The procedures were all performed using a small incision hidden under the chin. The surgery was done in the office under IV sedation and local anesthesia. The patient is pictured here 6 weeks after surgery.
