This patient was always bothered by the tall size of her forehead. She typically wore bangs to cover her forehead. Dr. Gerecci performed a forehead reduction/hairline advancement surgery in the OR at a surgery center under general anesthesia. The patient is pictured here 1 year after surgery. Note the improved contour, dimensions, and proportions of her forehead and hairline. The scar is very faint and difficult to see along the hairline.
